Deep Pockets products are made from 100% polyester allowing flexibility in leg movement and quicker drying times. They are the perfect board short for warm weather and tropical destinations.

The garment is 100% machine washable, however please ensure it's a gentle wash with very mild detergents in cold water. If you really want to preserve the softness of the shorts, hand wash it in cold water. Air-dry out of direct sunlight.

You can find your favourite design in mens sizes 28 through to 38 for most designs. If your size is sold out please do not hesitate to contact us and we can let you know when the size will be back in stock.

Each pair of shorts come in a drawstring package specially designed to protect shorts on their journey to you. When posted the drawstring package will be placed in plastic mailbag.

Shipping policy

We ship to virtually any address in the world. Please note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. If for any reason we cannot ship the product to your address we will offer a full refund of your purchase.

As a general rule, we aim to have your order processed and out the door within one business day of receiving your order.

If you’re located in Australia, not a cent! We send out all orders via standard shipping with Australia Post for free. Australia Post generally sends out in 2-8 business days for delivery after your order has been picked and packed.

For our New Zealand friends there is a flat fee of $15.00AUD for shipping. Australia Post generally sends out in 7-12 business days for delivery after your order has been picked and packed.

If you are based in any other country our international shipping rate is a flat fee of $25.00AUD Australia Post generally sends out in 10-30 business days for delivery after your order has been picked and packed.

EU or UK customers are fully responsible for VAT and any other import charges that may be added to your order. Deep Pockets is not responsible for any import charges.

After we pass your order to Australia Post, we will send you a shipping confirmation email which will have a ‘Track Order’ button. This will take you directly to the Australia Post site so you can follow the live tracking updates!

Although Australia Post quote us 2-9 business days for delivery, sometimes issues occur and they aren’t able to deliver within this timeframe. When this is the case, your tracking number may update to advise of a ‘delayed’ delivery date.

Please note: Once we pass your order to Australia Post, your package is with a different provider. We completely understand delays are frustrating, however once your order is with the courier, any issues need to be investigated by Australia Post. We are not able to contact them on your behalf to resolve any issues.

Please be assured, we will always do our best to get the issue sorted as quickly as possible for you. If the item has been marked as delivered but you have not received your delivery please contact us so we can investigate with Australia Post.

Returns and exchanges

All returns will be issued a Store Credit. Deep Pockets will only provide you with a full refund of the product you purchased from us online if the product: - Is deemed faulty, not of acceptable quality, or unsafe; or - Does not match descriptions made on the site

When returning items you must send us back your purchased items with tags still in-tact before being issued either an online exchange code or refund back to the original form of payment. In both instances, you must return goods within 30 days of purchase. If you’ve already worn it and then noticed that somethings not quite right with it, email us at info@deeppockets.com.au with photos and we’ll have a look at it.

Returns are only available on sale items if they are faulty or damaged.

Not digging it on you, or after a different size? Deep Pockets offers free returns for our AUS customers. Products must be unworn, unwashed and with tags attached and when it arrives, our crew will sort you out with a store credit. Rest of world customers will need to cover their own freight.

Store Credit codes are issued for all return requests, unless your item/s are faulty/damaged or different to online imagery. Your code will be valued at the purchase price you paid in your order for the item that you have returned – unless otherwise specified by a customer service rep.

We strongly encourage that you send through a photo of your receipt from the post office as proof your return has been lodged. As soon as we have this information, we can action either your exchange or refund immediately! If you forget to grab this receipt, we will just need to wait until that one gets back to our warehouse before we can go ahead.

We understand at times things happen and refunds need to be given. Should you receive a refund for your order, you will receive an email confirming this has been processed from our end. From there, it will take 3-20 business days to process into your account, depending on your bank. If it takes any longer than this, we would recommend contacting your bank Credit Card provider or merchant (eg. Afterpay) directly.
